Owing to incompatabilities of browsers etc. this might not work. Sorry - not me - Bill Gates and all the others who want it all for themselves! Click on page 1 below, when it downloads- it takes a while - sorry, there are lots of pictures. Set the page set up to landscape. My designer resolution is 1024 x 768. Try setting to this. Then click on print when it appears. Use your back button to come back here. Then turn your paper over in your printer and do the same with page 2.
